Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) unless items are on back order which may or may not be stated. FT Throttles reserves the right to state whether the item is or isn’t on back order
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping option.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Shipping rates are based on parcel weight and the shipping service selected.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.

Standard Shipping: approx. 2–7 business days
Express Shipping (if offered): approx. 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (such as weather or carrier delays).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, where available.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post or other factors beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at j7904585@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos if applicable, and we will assist you.
